What User doesn't like about Heritage Hotel:
We rocked up to see a band and dinner and the restaurant was closed, so the bar staff said we could bring food in. We ordered pizza for the whole group and then got told by another staff member we couldn't bring it in and had to eat it on the street. While the band we paid to see was playing!! My niece had her 21st here and the experience was lovely, the view excellent and the food OK. The service was a tad slow and we had a visit from the owner or manager that was "unexplainable" but overall a great place for big family gatherings View all feedback.
