We had dinner at the pizza tree restaurant on Friday, June 9. We enjoyed a pizza with four cheeses of exceptional quality and a gratin of delicious cheese ravioli. the chef- to stay the patron of this establishment- unveiled his culinary philosophy and we were able to appreciate his wonderful verve, his very assertive intelligence and his communication skills.
