Arctic Circle - Buhl

This place has to handle it. 45 min in the drive thru wait for our order, that was not much! When I worked under Dave Bremers ten minutes ago, we had to do the orders in 10 minutes or less. Poor management! 5 minutes later, when we get home, our food is already cold. Terrible!

If you like waiting 45 minutes to get the wrong order in a drive thru you'll love this place. This placeused to be great but has steadily declined over the last few years. Can definitely tell the employees don't care but I'm thinking the owner doesn't either at this point.

Honestly if they updated their equipment and got two monitors for the window(one for orders one for cash out) it wouldn?t be so bad. It?s an ok place to work when going through a rough patch or starting out. But that?s about it. They definitely need to work on waste count and proper proportioning

The outside of the restaurant does not represent how good the food, staff, and cleanliness are inside the restaurant. My daughter and I went there and absolutely enjoyed ourselves, we're offered great service, and the food was hot with a huge serving of fries and great shakes.

Need I say more?? Okay, I will. My daughter and I went to the drive thru for lunch on our way home from the grocery store, we ordered a spicy chicken and a crispy chicken sandwich. We got home ready to devour our food and this is what mine looked like. I expected to get what I paid for with my money, money that I really do work hard for but this is like a slap in the face. I don't usually dine out but I wanted to treat my daughter and myself to a nice lunch. Man oh man how disappointing. Sorry I'm only giving 1 star because the kid at the window was kind.
