Update: I started coming back here lately and again ordered in app. They forgot to put ginger again but the current GM is very accommodating and made it up to me. I am happy w my order today and also he gave me an extra drink. I told him that he didn’t have to do that but he is a man of his words. So, thank you! I’m so disappointed with this location. It really has gone down hill and now I refuse to order at this location. They are always listed as closed on google. They constantly aren’t accepting mobile orders or orders through the app. The food is sloppily thrown together and the smoothies taste different every time….even if I order the same thing. Sophia and Shey were the best EVER! I have never been so satisfied at any other location. Not only were they extremely polite, they were helpful with mine and my friends order options. They went far and beyond and all at 9:01pm. Thanks girls!!!!
Kitchen staff really terrible. And attitudes are the worse waited 30mins for a quesadilla…… spend your money elsewhere

The Detox Island paired with Hummus veggie is the best combo and a must-try.I just use my app to order here and pick up. I love this Detox Island Green drink for bfast so much but everytime i get it, something has changed. One time, the lady forgot to put the ginger which is why i ordered this particular one and i wasn’t happy so i kinda stopped going here. The one in Alpharetta looks like its closed but I will have to check it again.
