I stopped by for lunch at the Buford location near Mall of GA. I ordered the Tavern meal with potato salad and a drink. The restaurant was clean, and the employee making my food did a great job. The very young guy cashier was nice, but had trouble helping and explaining how to sign up for their rewards program. So I figured it out on my own. Other than that, ok experience. The ham was great. The customer service I received from Karen was not. I wanted to get a quarter ham since a half ham is not needed for my small family. I had already spoken to another employee and he told me that they were making them and that I can get in line to pay and they would get it out to me.
