What Nisha Farooq doesn't like about Starbucks:
Sitting here 15 min only one car was infront of me they got one coffee pulled off. I?m still here just waiting on a coffee. Nobody is inside ordering because I can see I don?t know what the problem is. View all feedback.
However, the restrooms could use some cleaning, and I felt that the manager, Lauren, could have been a bit friendlier when she asked if I was waiting for something and why I was recording. I explained it was for a review of the restaurant. Given that this location is near the Mall of Georgia, I expected a higher level of customer service. Hopefully, things will improve next time! This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited about 45 minutes for my drink, and when I received it, I noticed it wasn’t filled enough. When I asked why my drink was short, the staff member said it was just missing some ice. He offered to add more ice if I wanted it to look fuller, even though it already had some ice in it. You can see in the picture that I haven't even taken a sip yet. I would not recommend this location.
This Starbucks frequently closes its café, even when there’s adequate staff available. It makes it very difficult to grab something and go. The drive-thru line is incredibly slow as well. However, mobile orders seem to be handled smoothly inside.
Since moving to GA. I've been coming to this starbucks for 3 years now. The service and drinks have gone down hill. My Chai Tea Latte was all milk which was disgusting. I asked to have oatmilk instead but was told the drinks were already being made. Wth does that have to do with my request for the drink I'm paying for. To add lately there is always something not available which is fine. I just adjust my drink accordingly, however the lack of attention to detail to the drinks that are made without any modifications is still horrible. This is my last time giving my money to this location.
This Starbucks drive thru is extremely slow and the drinks are hit or miss here. I?ve tried to be understanding about this due to possible short staff or maybe computer issues but this Starbucks has been like this for months now.
