I absolutely adore this restaurant! I had never been here before, but my experience today was fantastic. The manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The food also arrived quickly. I highly recommend this place! What User doesn't like about Provino's Italian:
Was really hoping this location was cleaner than the Snellville location, but it is not. Gunk on the walls, tables, and especially the cups and plates every time without fail. Food seems to be exclusively seasoned with only iodized salt and cream. Definitely wouldn't come back if it weren't for my extended family who don't seem to notice. View all feedback.

My family and I visited this restaurant the day before Christmas Eve and had a fantastic experience with our server, Matt. He was very attentive and provided excellent service! The food was delicious, especially the chicken veal francese, rolls, and salad.
The food took a long time to come out, and the butter in the garlic rolls solidified as a result. My wife's lasagna, which was a special, was overcooked. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
I don't write reviews but the service at this resturant honestly made my day. They were backed up so there was a bit of a wait but they handled it so well!! I've never met such sweet and sincere staff! The super yummy food was also a plus haha Thank you for the wonderful night!! :
