I used love this place and go there every other weekend. Freshness of sushi qualities are awesome lovely, however they need a little more sense for takes care of customers. Personally, I prefer to go where they welcome me with smile but makes wait andbeing isolated. Sushi Niko Niko used be a great place to go dine, but giving them a two stars only because of the badmanagement. Shouldn't be yelling to their customers... View all feedback.
What Carolina Bimonte doesn't like about Niko Niko Sushi:
I wish I could leave a ZERO star review but even with that the owner could careless. I complained about a food being nothing like the menu picture and not indicating the dish was spicy. I didn?t even touch as I don?t do any spicy level. Owner said itcouldn?t be replaced and that I had to pay. No I?m sorry, nothing. It was said exactly like that. Also, the ceviche salad, isnow a lame 5 piece fish, one shrimp, one octo... View all feedback.

I am not recommending this restaurant anymore.
My family and I have been coming here for years. It USED to have a family feel. The staff would always say hello and would remember us every time. It's not like that now at all, I understand because they have expanded and have become busier. What Ican't understand is how badly they're running their business now. I went earlier this year for my birthday, part of 6, with areservation. We had to wait (which is fine). After being seated we waited about 30 more minutes to be greeted by our server atthat point we were ready to order drinks and food. After the server left we didn't see him again for a long time. I understandit was busy and CLEARLY they were understaffed. The biggest complaint I have is the server mentioned that earlier that day therewas a walk out which a lot of servers didn't come in and quit. This was also after our server told us that he himself quitearlier that day but the owners begged him to come in for the night which he did but he probably shouldn't have. I can't imagineanyone having ANY SUCCESS working there. Our server did his best with what he was dealt and I genuinely hope he is somewhereelse and genuinely hope he's happy. As a server myself this only tells me that the restaurant is poorly ran. After almost anhour and over hearing the staff yelling and fighting with each other we finally received our drinks but decided to leave andspend our money elsewhere (Ted's Montana which was FANTASTIC) NIKO NIKO needs an overhaul with new management and maybe even newowners We will NEVER return.
Well well. Sushi here is amazing. They are big and always of the highest quality. That's the main reason why I come here. But I have to admit that the service here is subpar like many already mentioned. Also they charged my card twice for $50 and I wasnever able to fix that, since over the phone they were not helpful. Still recommend this place for sushi alone. I've been hereover 8 times already.
Amazing sushi list with pictures. If you're anything like me and order sushi by how it looks, this is the place for you. Super fresh and tasted amazing.
