Moe's Southwest Grill - Buford

Would give five stars and they usually have wonderful service and great portions but an employee named Malaysia was extremely rude and on her phone and when the other employee told her to get off the phone and help the customer she said You know I never rush for customers I have my own things I need to do. Had a very poor attitude and could not care less about her work to the point it was bothering the other employees and they had to apologize for her. The young lady that was helping train the new person was absolutely wonderful though!

Employees were nice. Food was sub-par, like a low rent Chipotle. Drink station was a mess and out of several selections. Salsa station was old and crusty, but that didn't matter cause there were no cups for the salsa, and if I remember right, only one label for all the salsas. Hard pass.

Location has changed completely. Use to be the best Moe's around with high quality service. Now, the food options are extremely limited, salsa bar empty, employees don't care much at all.

Was disappointed! Went in for there buy one get one thing they have going on and the quality of the food is no longer there. On top of that we found long blonde hair in our food. We don't have blonde hair!!

They advertised tofu, but didn't sell it. The store wasn't the cleanest. They were friendly though. I would have expected better seeing they are in a more affluent area and by the mall.
