Drive thru around 8 pm so we are understanding of that but it was very, very slow service from ordering to window pick up but my husband loved the food. Raved even which is why it’s a 3 star. View all feedback.
Ordered the southern fish and got home to partially raw fish with some kind of worms. This was absolutely disgusting! Avoid going here!

UPDATE: New staff is better than the old staff. I've never received a bad attitude through the drive thru or in the building.ORIGINAL:The good was great, the attitude that came with the drive thru person, was not.
Disappointment with the service provided by the morning crew at Captain d's in Buford. The issues I encountered were not trivial but fundamental failures in service, including egregious delays, incorrect orders. This is why I love to come at night because the quality of both the food and the service during the night shift is commendable. Opal and Amari, along with their colleagues on the night shift, have created an inviting and friendly atmosphere that truly stands out. Their attention to detail, prompt service, and genuine kindness not only enhance the quality of the food and the overall ambiance but also make every visit memorable. It is this level of service that has made me a loyal and frequent visitor to Captain D's
