The food was messy and served cold. The experience was quite disappointing and unprofessional, and I certainly won't be returning.
I went through the drive-thru and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member was rude and got my order wrong. Even after I pointed it out, when I got home, the order was still incorrect. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, I noticed her chuckling under her breath, as if she had intentionally given me the wrong sandwich. I spent $21 on a basic burger and chicken wrap, which is absolutely ridiculous. Where's my Baconator? I definitely won't be coming back; I'll just go to Burger King instead.
The food was served hot, which was great, and the service was quick. My kid’s father always chooses this place for some reason. I had a chicken sandwich that was nice and hot, and I really loved it!
We just got home with our mobile order of two bacon double stacks, but there was no bacon on them. How can they forget the bacon when it's part of the sandwich's name? This isn't the first time this has happened. For $15.00 an hour, you'd think the workers could read. I'm done with this place.
