I pass 3 other tim Hortons closer to my home every morning bc this one is the only one that ever gets my coffee right. Everywhere else is too lazy to brew the dark roast coffee and try to give me Decaf bc it’s in the same silver caraf coffee pot and will argue until I prove them wrong lol. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
they were short staffed and it took them a little over 2 minutes to reach us n there were 4 people waiting n another 1 went in us when I was kabuki, they had only 2 worked the cash said their n another 1nthey tried to take care of the register n running gear by windows n etc., that was it, n had nothing I wanted or the man behind me in View all feedback.
They close at 6:00 pm now in Sisters hospital. I went down at 5:00pm to get something for my dinner break. They informed me the panini machine was off. I asked if they could make the sandwich and I would heat it in the microwave upstairs. They said they threw the meat away already. I asked for a strawberry coconut refresher, they said they didn't have the syrup to make it. What good is this place? I get employee discount on coffee and tea in my cafeteria. Tim Hortons coffee always tastes burned anyway. They sure don't throw it away every 20 minutes. Maybe they never was the pot out. Pllltttt to Tim's. If I don't bring my dinner from now on I'll go across the street to Mid City market. Forget Tim Horton's.
Cashier Jonna very rude !!! Dose not care about her job very unprofessional, Tim Hortons must be desperate for workers because to have her be the face of my company shame on you Tim Hortons!!
It is a good place to have a start of the day but not the end.
I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They didn't have most of their breakfast menu items available, so when I finally made a choice, I received the wrong order. Upon returning to the window to inform them of the mistake, I was met with a dismissive response, claiming I had ordered what I received. Although they finally replaced my order, the manager carelessly tossed it to me and even threw it through the window, all while the other staff stood by laughing. I was genuinely afraid to eat the food I received. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I will never return to this place again.
It's time to find a new manager for this place. The woman in charge was quite rude to us after we asked if we could make a small change to our order. She warned us not to make any adjustments and treated us dismissively. As older customers who don’t visit fast-food places like McDonald’s very often, we were put off by her unfriendly attitude and the unfamiliarity of the menu. This type of service is simply unacceptable.
