What User doesn't like about The Louisiana Cookery:
The rice was overcooked and lacked flavor, there were only two shrimp in the shrimp jambalaya, and the andouille sausages were stale. I was extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I'll be sure to inform others about my experience at this restaurant. View all feedback.

My first experience with Louisiana cuisine was very enjoyable! I would definitely dine here again. My only suggestion would be to enhance the flavors in the dishes; they were a bit bland, though still tasty enough for a return visit.
Absolutely incredible! We discovered this gem while searching for a restaurant that accommodates celiac disease, and it was recommended on an app. It's a small place, and without the app, we would have missed it, but I'm so glad we didn't! My shrimp po'boy was fantastic—the shrimp were juicy, the bread was soft, and the sauce was to die for. My daughter really enjoyed her jambalaya and red beans and rice as well. They also serve excellent sweet tea. The owner was very friendly. I'd happily return, and now I'm eager to try the shrimp and grits!
Best Cajun Food in Buffalo hands down. The food is amazing (fresh, prepared perfectly) and the owners are just great people. This is a MUST TRY!!!
Food was delicious! Especially the grits and poached butter lobster tail! the owners were so nice I'm going back tomorrow ??
