This is a convenient location to get a bite after a Sabres game however, it's very pricy for what they offer. The menu is quite small and our waitress wasn't all that helpful. However, the games they have were great and we did enjoy our outing there. We'll likely return one day.
Arrived prior to event at Keybank and place was packed. No one took our order at the bar even though we were right there for 10-15 minutes waiting. Decided to try after show to get food as we meet others there. Seated right away. Food was HORRIBLE! chicken wings were COLD! Got a salad but NO fork! Salad was supposed to be with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and carrots per limited menu. Greens were shriveled and wilted like had been sitting out for hours or under a heat lamp, NO carrots or cucumbers even in the salad! $10.95 bowl of wilted lettuce) Waiter got defensive when we complained and said he had no control of the kitchen and didnt appreciate our tone but did take the plate of cold wings away when we requested btw about $19 for the single order of wings) and took it off bill. When I told him about the salad, didn 't seem to care. Quite disappointing. Will never go again. Seems like the customer always has to deal with these types of consequences with no real accountability by the establishment.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Got kicked out by the owner for not spending ENOUGH money. We got there early since we were going to a Sabers game and wanted to ensure we got a table and drink beers before the game. We ordered beers every time we were empty. Wealso ordered food. But that was not enough because we were only a party of two. The owner was so RUDE and told us to leave so hecould make more money on our table. We had just ordered another round of beer. He yelled at my girlfriend to leave his bar. Thewings were also very dry.
Food is expensive and really not good at all. We tried the pizza and a burger. Note that they show soups on the Google photos but they do not have soups. $16 for a personal pepperoni pizza. Beers are okay pretty average selection with some breweryoptions. Only dark beer was Guinness. The space is beautiful. Service was friendly but not attentive at all had to seek outthe server or another server for the check and to go box. Never received silverware or napkins. Rating would be 1 star exceptthat the space is really nice.
