The mushrooms were nearly black, and the hush puppies had an unusual taste that I can't say I enjoyed and won't be trying again. I also ordered the catfish, which made me appreciate Gorton's frozen fish fillets even more. That's not a joke. I won't be returning, even if there's a 2 for $10 special on Tuesdays.

My wife ordered the three-piece serving while I opted for the five-piece, and we both enjoyed the same two side dishes. The coleslaw was unique and delightful, and the fries were perfectly golden brown and delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious and very affordable. The waitress was incredibly friendly, and despite the busyness, the kitchen staff served our meals quickly. The locals were welcoming as well, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to visit again!

I'm so glad I took his advice; they were delicious! The fries and fish were fantastic and quite filling. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for sure!
