I ordered take out. The fried rice was flavorless, and I don 't think it can legally be called fried as it wasn 't; see photo. The ramen should have a soft boiled egg, which pairs nicely with broth. A hard boiled egg does not. The chashu pork for the ramen was far too thick to enjoy, cut inconsistently, and not braised. The broth was good though. Omg I don’t know where to start. This is, by far, the best ramen I ever had in my life (and I have eaten a lot of ramen in nyc)! I got the Tomyum so hold taken and it didn’t disappoint. It was filled with seafood and the broth was spicy and sour but very flavourful at the same time (I asked for it to be spicy).
