The ham was quite salty, and the home fries were barely warm and soggy.The server took a bit of time to bring out the food, but no silverware, until we asked. Not a huge deal as we all can forget stuhere and there.The problem was that she never once stopped by to see how we were doing. It took a long while for her to finally bring the bill. Then, another long wait for her to bring our cards back. It must have been well over 20 minutes waiting. No exaggeration.I usually tip over 23%. Not today. She did not earn it.We won't be back. This ranks up in my five worst service experiences ever.

T... read more Absolutely DISGUSTED by the employees in the kitchen. I work next door and every day on my way into work am left feeling uncomfortable by the men in the back. This is a reoccurring issue from these men. Today for example, on my way into work and I hear a whistle, I turn to look in the direction it came from and sure enough Surge’s back kitchen door wide open and an older man waving at me. My younger, UNDERAGE sister works next door as well and has had the same issues. UNACCEPTABLE. Do better to teaching your employees what is appropriate and what is straight up disgraceful.
