I placed an order through the online app and was told it would be ready at 12:30. However, when I arrived, my order had not been started and I was informed that it would take an additional 15 to 20 minutes. I was disappointed as the whole point of using the express app is for quick service.
RUDE! Don't order curbside pickup. I ordered for me and my husband and the older 60s short lady flies out of the door and says IS THIS YOURS? Can't you not come in and get it I'm busy and don't have time for this.. yeah excuse me but if you're going tooffer curbside teach your employees not to be rude even if they are busy. What if people are disabled and use that optionbecause they simply can't come inside?.
