I submitted a complaint about a manager who was very rude to me and my children, but I never received a response. My family and I will never return to this restaurant. The manager reprimanded me for requesting mayonnaise on my bread instead of on the toppings, disagreed with my suggestions for my kids, and refused to split the order when we were paying, even though it could have easily been done by ringing up half at a time. It was an embarrassing experience, and clearly, she shouldn't be working with the public. This happened six months ago, so I'm assuming she is no longer there, but I still won’t be going back, especially since I never heard anything in response to my complaint.
This no longer a subway. It is now showtime tacos. Their food is delicious!
I was told they no longer had a drive through and the girl was not nice about it.
