The restaurant currently has a $10 dine-in meal deal that is unbeatable in value and includes a drink. The burgers on offer this week are worth the standard menu price. We tried the Whiskey River BBQ burger cooked medium-well, with a side of seasoned sweet potato fries and a side of their tavern sauce (similar to Big Mac sauce). The burgers were juicy and delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. The sweet potato... View all feedback.

First, you could never find the waitress my wife order a chicken salad NO TOMATOS . She sure got a lot of tomatoes The food was good but service forget it. We had a gift card. The kiosk would not accept it. I try to get help from the desk. It was more important to separate menus then help the customer. Just a nightmare is service all around it would be worth the drive just to go to the other location on Milestrip. View all feedback.

I 'm driving west on Maple rd, going to an Asian restaurant and I saw the Red Robin banner, and I thought to myself, never been there before, I 'll give it a try. The hostess was courteous and I was promptly seated. FYI, the reason I decided to go to this restaurant, I figured, getting a burger, shouldn 't take long and I had somewhere to be. I ordered the sunshine lemonade, which you can see in my photo, ugh!!! Taste weird. I knew it wouldn 't be real lemonade, but I certainly would not order it again. I ordered a small burger ?, and garlic fries ?. So I waited, and waited and waited, til the waitress felt bad and couldn 't explain why it was talking so long for my food to come out. She asked if I wanted some fries to eat, why I waited. The garlic fries should be called soggy fries, Red Robin puts so much of whatever on it, the frie had the firmness of a string bean. She suggested regular fries, which I admit, were much better. The burger itself, was good, but because of the extremely long wait, my experience was down. I was offered ice cream and other things, I said no thank you . The only bright spot, was my waitress, she was veh nice, compassionate and knew the situation was not right, and she did get best to make a bad situation good. And for that, I left her a nice tip. Not sure if I 'll ever return to Red Robin, but it certainly won 't be in the near future....
