Olive Garden Buffalo

I had a large group for lunch at this restaurant. I called a week in advance and was instructed to call back on the day of, right when they opened. I called on the day of and was told to call an hour before to be put on the waiting list. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were seated to ensure everything was ready. We waited for 20 minutes at the bar for our server to seat us. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. I still enjoy Olive Garden, but next time I have a group, I will choose a different restaurant.

The pasta would be more pleasant if it were more al dente, as it was too soft. However, our waitress Jekovia always greeted us with a big smile. Overall, the food was rated 4 out of 5.

I am typically a big fan of Olive Garden, but the service I received tonight was awful. We were seated quickly, but our group of 4 was placed at a small table in the corner while 6 other groups were seated at much larger tables, and there were two empty tables nearby. It took 25 minutes for a server to take our drink order, and when we tried to order our food at the same time, he said he would be right back. After waiting another 20 minutes, our drinks finally arrived and our order was taken. It then took 15 minutes for our soup and salad to be served. Our server did not clear the empty dishes from the table before we wanted to place our entree plates, and when we tried to stack them to make space, it seemed like an unreasonable request to him. Throughout our meal, the server stood several feet away from the table and spoke softly, causing us to constantly ask him to repeat himself. It was clear that he was concerned about proximity to others, but if it affected his ability to serve guests properly, he should have worn his mask over his face instead of below his nose. The food was fine, but the service was terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I am forced to give 1 star.

Really good place, fast service, delicious food and delicious limonade. I would definitely go back. salat was meh, but the brot was fantastic food: 5/5

We decided to eat here for an early dinner on our way home from Buffalo. We got it and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. There's 5 of us (3 kids 2 adults).half the restaurant was empty so couldn't figure out why we had to wait. When we did get seated out water was very nice and friendly to all of us. We got our drinks then shortly after that we got our food. The food was good and the place is very clean
