Old 10 - Buffalo
Old 10
Description
Tucked a short drive from Fargo in a small farming town, the revitalized saloon blends Old West charm with clean, spacious interiors and accessible seating. Diners praise juicy steaks, inventive bar bites and a wide beer list, plus friendly servers, complimentary popcorn and family touches like crayons. Prices are generally reasonable, though some guests report inconsistent service and a pared-down, burger-focused menu under new ownership. Ample free parking and wheelchair access make it a convenient stop for locals, travelers and families — but note the kitchen closes by 9pm.

After viewing some of the historical sites in Buffalo I decided to stop at the Old 10 Saloon. I was not disappointed. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and there was only a handful of people there. The bar tender was friendly and attentive even though I had sat at a table away from the bar. They have a handful of TVs, which were tuned to the NFL games on the local channels. I ordered the No7 burger with fries, a side salad and a coke. The salad was fine, what one expects at a small mom and pop bar like this. My fries were fresh and hot. The burger was fresh and hot as well unfortunately I was not a fan of the sauce and there was a garlicky flavor to the meat which I am sure some would love but it was just not to my liking. Next time I come here I will try a simple bacon cheeseburger.
Have been a long time customer going their love the place but new owners. The menu now is nothing more than overpriced hamburgers. The staff was not to friendly either for a little country town.
