However, they were really short-staffed and the service took quite a while, but we anticipated that. It wasn't the fault of the staff. This seems to be an issue everywhere. If businesses invested in retaining quality employees, we would see this less often. I'm not specifically referring to Norms, just making a general observation.

The menu is truly impressive, and the food did not disappoint. A quick tip: if you decide to try the cinnamon roll, be prepared for a giant treat—it's more like four large pieces of coffee cake rolled into one!

The kitchen staff is exceptional, the food comes out perfect every single time. Personal favorites are the Grinder (Italian) orSquealer (Pulled Pork) sandwiches paired with any of their incredible soups. Tap beer selection is impressive as well. Lots ofthings for kids to have fun with and the atmosphere is always friendly. Lastly, the service staff is outstanding. Kudos to theowners for all that they do behind the scenes, results like this don't happen by accident. We highly recommend to anyone we knowin the area. THANK YOU!!

Also the appetizer was advertised as being $6 less than we were charged and the only thing the waitress said was that theirprices went up and then walked away. The menus should reflect the proper pricing. I used to go here with my dad all the time andwe loved the food, service and atmosphere... this experience was lacking for me in comparison to previous visits.
