When I got back to my office I realized they made my sandwich completely wrong so I called hoping to get a refund since my lunch break was over and I didn’t have the time to walk back and get it fixed. BLT-online orderAwesome sandwich, great people and an inviting atmosphere for a nice simple deli-takeout. I could not ask for more.
Last 3 times I have ordered the food has not been ready. They don’t even see the order slip. So if you are going to order. Do it by phone or in person or you’ll be wait for atleast another 10 minutes while they prepare it!

Friendly counter, delicious food. I stopped in here and got a cream of mushroom soup and a BLT, and it was the best lunch I've had in recent memory. I visit Buffalo often, and spots like this are why I love coming here.
