Moe's Southwest Grill - Buffalo

Slow and bottom is sticky and disgusting. many commands are wrong. child-friendly: children's meals are reasonable if they remember to give the cookie.

Dreadful service! Do not waste their time coming to this place. day workers are in order, but night workers suck.

Food is always fresh and accurate. Pick up times are fair and always ready when scheduled

Customer service has gone downhill at this location. On a very slow day I went into this Delaware location and 3 employees were standing there. Not even one of them greeted me with welcome to Moe 's. "That is common now at this Moe 's "I would have gotten over that really quickly if they atleast greeted me when I was standing in front of them. Instead it was awkward silence until they eventually decided to take my order. The quality of the food has gone down so much I will either travel to a different Moe 's, or just stop going altogether. I highly do not recommend wasting your time at this location.

Seemed very overpriced for the quality of food that was produced, unfriendly staff who were in a rush who only seemed to care about how fast they could get us through their line.
