On top of that, I ordered medium sauce but specifically requested no sauce at all.

Unfortunately, everything came with hot sauce, despite my request for no sauce on the Super Mightys and mild sauce for the El Niño and Chicken Fajitas. Additionally, I had asked for extra cheese on the Super Mightys, but they arrived without any extra cheese.

I think every 5 visits you might get 1 one spot on order...maybe And it's not even complicated stuff. No tomatoes? No chance. Order a beef super mighty and a chickentaco, well they'll just reverse it. At this point I think if I order random items I have a better chance of getting what I want.Please, whoever runs this location, start caring and being hands on during a shift. This reeks of lax management.

She was too busy playing... read more I had the worst experience with the service here. The staff member at the window was completely incompetent and ignored me completely. She was too busy playing with the register and laughing with her coworkers. Even after I honked my horn, she still didn't acknowledge me. I was ready to pay, but it felt like my presence didn't matter at all. The employee who was responsible was a Black girl with long blonde braids. I think they need to reconsider her position, along with the rest of the unhelpful staff who were working on September 17, 2022, around 8:30 PM.
