Mcdonald's - Buffalo

The dining room was chaotic, flooded, and the staff swore loudly while talking to each other. Customers were uncomfortable during their meal.

We showed up to the he McDonald’s because I work evenings, the place is lit up like it’s open, the menu is all up like they’re open, sit there, call the number online, place is closed. I get that finding workers is difficult these days, but at the very least could you make it look like you’re closed? Or at least put up a sign or something? Dang. Good thing the Taco Bell is open now.

Ordering from the Kiosk was a bit surprising at first, but I got how it works. Never had the chance to complete the order as I was trying to catch the bus. But I will say I like the indoor designs a lot.

Have went to this location a few times, but never again. Would not consider this FAST food by any means.Takes minutes per order in drive thru and food is never right. New management needed.

I swear this location only hires people that hate working. It's always been the longest wait out of any location around, sometimes they literally don't even take your order at all, they just stand around doing absolutely nothing. This location should not bother being hours. I just sat at the speaker for minutes, then drove past the window slowly and saw employees just standing around leaning on the counters.
