The food is fantastic and consistent. The service was great; our server, Ria, did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was decent but a bit loud. In fairness, that's likely because the restaurant was very, very busy. The staff seemed to handle the flow of orders and patrons well. Great food and a lot of it. This is the way Italian restaurants used to be. Good old home style.
I thought they give plastic forks. Ordered large spaghetti dinner to go. Got to where I was going .... NO fork ......threw it out gave it to guard dog
Ordered veal, tripe, shrimp, and meatball pasta with red sauce. Every dish looked the same : Veal and tripe were good and others were nothing special. The sauce was simple, but for some reason, I kept thinking of it. ; I want to try other menu, too.
If your hungry I mean really hungry for Italian food. This is your place, meals are just under $20. But when you see the size of the portions you'll understand why. Excellent food, Great Service I recommend this restaurant I'll be going back.
The food was not as good as it has been. The spaghetti sauce was not very tasty. The egg plant parmigiana was bland. Stuffed shells was good.
