As a bubble tea lover, Kung Fu Tea has my heart. Out of all the boba locations near UB, this tea shop pours the MOST tapioca pearls into their drinks. It's the dream of every boba-obsessed person. Their drink selection is vast-my personal favorite being their honey oolong milk tea- and the store has the most immaculate vibes. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends, or to relax and work on some assignments! View all feedback.
What Brian M doesn't like about Kung Fu Tea:
This place is now absolutely disgusting. And has terrible service on top of that. The last two times I came here, I waited 20 minutes for food they clearly forgot to make. When I asked about the food, I was insulted by the guy behind the counter. Then when I got the food, it was disgusting. Check out the photos. It looks like chicken that was forgotten? A fantastic addition to UB! This is the only bubble tea shop I've come across that provides low and no sugar options, which is great for diabetics who thought they had to give up bubble tea along with other treats. Thank you, Kung Fu Tea!
The bubble tea here is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Oreo milk tea!
I went for the tea, but I ended up staying for the delicious popcorn chicken!
