Really disappointed with the customer service today. My husband and I have been customers for years, it's always been a special place for us to come on a date. When we walked in, there was no line at the counter and we were immediately asked to sit down for table service. No one ever came over. The entire staff working tonight, 5/21/23, were fantastic! Gabriella Michelle especially who helped us were so kind and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain options to us and answer the questions we had. The ice cream and chocolates were the best I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend! We drove 30 minutes for it, and drove 30 minutes back with our ice cream to go, and it stayed fresh the whole ride! View all feedback.
