Jim's Steakout has THE absolute best cheesesteak subs in WNY, but you'll be lucky to get one unless you have plenty of time to kill. Every time I've gone, I've either been in line for an hour or got annoyed and left. I know the food service industry is exhausting, but I've never seen such slow cooks in my life, and I was in it for years. View all feedback.

Love this place, the girl w. The orange hair always make sure my order is perfect, customer service is top tier and it's just a vibe while I do wait for my order.

I ordered threw Grubhub food greasy my bread was not toasted like I asked very soggy and the lil fries ridiculous
