I've been ordering from this place for years now multiple times a month tonight I ordered a stromboli they delivered it 45 minutes later got halfway through it to realize that I was eating raw dough instead of mozzarella cheese called then they sent me another one it was burnt on the outside yet raw on the inside and I was told that they will give me store credit instead of my money highly disappointed and now feelin... Had them deliver to work in Blasdell. Price is fair for a 1am delivery. Pizza and wings were great, still warm, and the delivery guy was a good guy too. Keep up the good work ?
Only issue i had was waiting over an hour after being told half hour. But I also understand situations happen. What I request is; If ever your delivery time winds up going to take longer please give a call letting customer know. I did that myself back when I managed a pickup delivery restaurant out of state.People appreciated the callback. Otherwise great food polite service both at the restaurant the driver. I'll call again :
The greatest pizza place on Seneca street IMO they always deliver great food and fast service.
