Update: I shared the same review on Facebook, and instead of receiving an apology, I was BLOCKED! How immature! I definitely won't be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This was my first order, and I tried the Nashville chicken special, which had no flavor whatsoever. The macaroni on the side looked old and dry, lacking taste as well. Go here all the time for breakfast. People are really nice. Clean kitchen as you can see it fro. Order area. Food is great everytime and the woman that works there is nice too. Kitchen sink breakfast wrap is a must.

Came here to print something at their PrintWithMe kiosk and ended up staying to grab breakfast. Clean cafe, super friendly staff, good food, clean bathrooms, excellent value for the low prices. And so convenient that they have the printing station too.
The worst cheese? Omelette. They had the kid working... she was sweet. Had 2 adults to assist w the swiss omelette... Couldn 't get the bacon order request right!? Just went w the omelette... horrible. 5... suggest to.go for a 10-12 Omelette elsewhere. It would be worth it..
A co-worker recommended this restaurant to me. I ordered my food, and I was never instructed to take a number nor did I see the numbers. I distinctly remembering the employee telling me where to tap my phone before turning to another task. She NEVER told me to take a number. I wasted over 35 minutes waiting for my food, which they gave away to the wrong customer. I then had to wait an additional 8/10 minutes for them to REMAKE my food without apologizing or even offering any kind of compensation. Shockingly poor customer service. I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for a simple order. Would not recommend based on this experience alone. My food seemed thrown together as well.

Friendly staff, great variety for breakfast and lunch, at very reasonable prices. Excellent choice if you are visiting and get tired of the breakfast at your hotel, walking distance from most downtown Buffalo hotels.
The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. While the portion sizes are on the smaller side, I don’t mind that at all. The prices are also very reasonable. There are plenty of great vegetarian options for someone like me. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly.
The bacon cheeseburger was tasty, and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The selection of fountain drinks was a bit limited, but the loganberry flavor was quite enjoyable. The bathroom wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I'd definitely consider returning to try more of their menu items.
I ordered a Julian salad with cucumbers instead of onions and bacon instead of capicola. I might as well rename it after myself because it was absolutely delicious! The small salad left me feeling full during my lunch break. They didn't charge extra for the substitutions, which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for tasty food, generous portions, and reasonable prices, you should definitely give this place a try. I'm genuinely impressed!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant; it was pleasant, laid-back, and cozy. I had a fantastic panini—definitely the best I've had in New York in years. The menu offerings were impressive, and the prices were affordable. I highly recommend visiting for lunch or breakfast.
