It took the server about 20 minutes to bring our d... read more A couple of weeks ago, I went to this Denny's for a friend's child's birthday dinner. We arrived around 4 PM. It took the server about 20 minutes to bring our drinks, and when I finally received my glass of water, it was covered in old food. After waiting 40 minutes with a dirty cup and no sign of the waiter, I had to approach the hostess to request a new drink in a clean cup. After an hour and a half of waiting for our food (with still no sign of the waiter), he finally returned with only one of the five meals, and it was completely wrong (nachos without any toppings). Due to the lack of customer service, dirty glassware, and long wait for our food (even though the restaurant was mostly empty), we decided to leave. We felt sorry for the server, but we couldn't imagine how the rest of our meal would turn out after the first one was so wrong. The table before us also walked out, so it was not just our experience.

It was juicy and the caramelized onion made the burger a little sweet. In general it was worth it.

The service was a bit slow, taking a while for our dishes to come out, but the staff were all very friendly and served us with a smile. I would recommend this restaurant, but just make sure to have enough patience to wait for your meal!
