The restaurant wasn't very busy that day, which allowed for plenty of space between patrons, and social distancing was observed. The food was prepared quickly and efficiently.
I was quite disappointed with the service at this Denny's compared to others I've been to. The staff here is mostly made up of very young women, with no more experienced older women on the team. In contrast, the Denny's in Lockport has outstanding service, where more seasoned staff members serve customers. For example, I never have to ask for a coffee refill at the Lockport location, but at this Denny's, I found myself needing to ask for one.
The service here is always outstanding. I recently returned to the city and I'm pleased to say that the quality of service is still top-notch.
Wait was shorter than we were told. Waitress was awesome! Food was delicious.
It was a decent experience. The service was friendly. The Waitresses were good and the manager so good concern about ensuring that patrons had a good experience. One of the patrons found a hair in their food. Of course it was inadvertent and the staff members were very good about it. No scenes were made and I am sure it was all because of the professionalism of the staff.
