I think the experience in this store is excellent. Staff are very friendly, everyone on the line welcomes us. My wife has celiac disease when she tells the server that they change gloves and take their order throughout the line. She made NIE sick in this store, making my visit the most pleasant. Worst Chipotle in the area… this is the 3rd time I’ve walked in and have been told that they’re closed. It’s 6:44pm on a Wedsday. I understand the employee shortage is real but this needs to be handled better for everyone. The place looked like a complete mess and the workers yelled at my boyfriend and I as we approached the front of the line. I won’t be going back to this location unfortunately. View all feedback.
I used to be at buff state. I came out late from my classes, so I would always come at 9 before they closed at 10. I was always greeted with a dirty look by employees who wanted to close well 40m before they were planned. with more than one occasion I was told that I couldn't have this article because they didn't want to run on the back. also very shameful on the portion.
A lot of luck to go anytime after eating. Food quality/quantity is a gamble, sometimes its great other times it is just bad. also where to close at 10 o'clock, I came out of work and went there at 9:15 o'clock and they were already closed. What a joke.
Low customer service. my wife asked the young black lady (not wearing a name tag) to take us out for chips, and queso, she rolled her eyes and sighed loud. annoyed attitude and service. she should be fired now if I could give it. a -10, I would.
This is by far the worst experience I ever had at chipotle. paid 16 dollars for less than half a Burrito shell. they save their time and money and go somewhere else because they are a big disappointment.
I have been to this location about four times. Each time I tell myself I'm not going back.Today is the last time.To begin with, this restaurant doesn't look clean. Toppings are all over the countertop and floor, while six employees behind the counter stand around.I came in during downtime, and there was only one grubhub delivery guy at the register and me.There are no signs directing one where to stand to order, and no one acknowledged me, so I stood behind the guy at the register. When the young woman finished with him, she didn't even make eye contact with me, and walked away to talk with 5 people behind the counter who were just standing around. I waited about 5 minutes to be recognized before I finally asked if someone would help me. I was informed that I was standing in the wrong spot, and people all assumed I was a delivery guy...but no one asked!I ate on site, and the utensils were just about gone, and there were no knives. And though I said I was eating in, the counter person did not offer a plate for my burrito,, but just put it in a bag, as if it were to go.The place is a poorly run _hithole.Whoever is the franchisee needs to get it together or close.He/she is obviously an absentee owner.
