The restaurant refused to give me the free fries that came with my meal as part of a promotion. The staff tried to argue that I didn't apply the promotion to my order, despite the fact that I had claimed it through the app. They wasted time arguing with me, even though I showed them my online order receipt, which clearly showed that I had received the promotion. This unprofessional behavior is not uncommon at this restaurant, where employees often make inappropriate remarks and mess up orders. The bathrooms are always dirty and lacking essential supplies like toilet paper and soap. The service can be slow, with wait times of up to 20 minutes for a simple iced coffee. The drive-thru is also disorganized, often rushing orders and giving out incorrect items. Wheelchair accessibility is an issue, as the double doors make it difficult for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. Make sure to double-check your order before driving away from this establishment.

This restaurant has the rudest and worst staff I have ever encountered. I placed an online order and sent my boyfriend to pick it up with a copy of the receipt, which was dated, time-stamped, and included the location. Despite this, they did not give us the full order and argued with us. When I called to address the issue, the staff member claimed that I had received free food and insisted that I never placed the order. I provided proof of the order with the receipt and my bank app, but they still refused to acknowledge their mistake. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
