Stopped by for their grand opening today! I've had bb.q chicken many times before, and it's my favorite Korean fried chicken or any chicken, really chain. This new location has more flavors than its sister store in Rochester the addition of the Mala and Maple flavors. Lots of seating inside, polite staff, and service was relatively quick considering it's their first day and orders are made fresh. Seemed like a good number of people were getting takeout. Got asmall Mala flavored wing takeout order today, and it was delicious!! It's supposedly the spiciest flavor they have 3 peppers on the menu , but I didn't find it anywhere near the spice level of actual Mala. It was a little spicy, and I'msure people who are not used to eating spicy food will think it's quite spicy. Just not particularly spicy for someone who may be used to Asian spice levels. I've tried all of their flavors except maple at other locations and they're allwonderful. Definitely enough of a selection to cater towards different tastebuds. Small size is about 10 wings, and they're very decent sized wings. Best thing about bb.q chicken is that no matter what sauce you choose, your chicken willstill be crispy! Huge difference from ordering at western style wing places. I find most of those end up over frying the chicken so that it's hard ? and dry in order to not have soggy wings once it's coated with sauce. Korean friedchicken has a fluffy crunch and the inside of the wing is still very juicy. Highly recommended! Chances are, you'll keep coming back for more. : I'll be a regular here for sure. Super glad they opened a location here!!
Pretty good spot, not too crowded when we came in for grand opening. The cheese sticks were really good however a couple of them weren?t cooked the same. The original flavor was delicious, very juicy. The Rose rice cakes are really good as well. Honey Garlic flavor was good too, a bit spicy and sweet. Would come again.

The soy garlic flavor was so good. The galbi flavor wings was so crispy as well. The dbeok-Bokki was a bit spicy for me. In general, I highly recommend everyone to try this place.
Besides understaffing, the food was ready as I walked in the door. Delicious chicken with succulent meat, original had a little spice to it which I enjoyed. Fries and cheese sticks wasn't too bad, I was definitely satisfied. Overall, I def recommend trying if you looking for good chicken. Suggest calling if you plan on doing takeout that way you can walk in and walk out swiftly (if there are no problems with your order).
