Had to wait very long time 1 hr all together. 20 minutes in line and 40 minutes to have our food made. I don't mind that it was busy, that's out of an employees control. I got my food before another family member who ordered before me and it was about another 20 minutes for my aunt to get her food, when she ordered two sandwiches and two fries. Food was subpar for the wait View all feedback.

Small but tasty vanilla and chocolate shakes. The best soft ice cream in the Buffalo area, equalling Abbott's for best in Western NY. Yummy.

I'm a Buffalo native, but moved to Florida. I went for the roast beef, which was amazing. But the soft serve ice cream was a disappointment. Sorry to say
Need ppl to clean tables everyone had to wipe there down
