There is a magnificent view of Las Vegas from the Mandarin Bar in Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas! The ambience is excellent, service is amazing, and a great selection! Prices are what you expect from the strip, so I can't complain about it.

Good appetizer type of food. And a decent little place to drink. Try the chicken fingers.
