Exceptional Service and Warmth from Mayuri at Dunkin Donuts! I recently visited Dunkin Donuts and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mayuri. Let me start by saying that Mayuri's service was outstanding, and her warm and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my experience at the restaurant. From the moment I stepped into Dunkin Donuts, Mayuri greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. Her positive energy and enthusiasm were contagious, instantly putting me in a great mood. She patiently listened to my order and took the time to ensure everything was prepared exactly to my liking.

I love this location! Location is always clean and my coffee order is always on point!! : Mayuri is always so welcoming and kind. She always ask how I'm doing and she genuinely cares for her customers. She's freakin' amazing!!!!!! :

I go to this location at least 4 times a week. I am always greeted with smiles and nothing but the best service. Mayuri has always been a pleasure to see at the window every day. I am excited to continue to go here for my coffee needs.

Not very friendly. The girl server there is very rude. She doesn’t greet or exchange any words. Has messed up my order many times. Some young server girl also had made fun or my order when I told her it’s a mobile order, she just couldn’t understand it. Don’t go to this location.

Dunkin' Donuts at 245 McHenry Rd is absolutely awesome! The service is top-notch, the speed is crazy fast, and the quality is phenomenal. But let me tell you, Mayuri is like a customer service superhero, making sure every order is delivered perfect with a smile, making everyone feel like a VIP. I can't believe how quickly our treats appeared, and the whole place was so spotless.
