All in all I would say this is an average Tim Hortons, I would however recommend that you take the drive through, as they almost always have the more experienced and quicker staff working that, which leads to a much better experience. The old lady taking order was too rude. We ordered steeped tea and cappuccino with vanilla but we got cappuccino only and its was extremely cold instead of hot
Sadly the manager or new owner changed the staff who was working here-side notes they were fast and friendly- NEw staff slow like a only 1 person serves and does all the orders usually in the morning when it's the busiest the 2nd person sits front of the computer and 1 person doesn't leave the back at all. Had 2 person fron of me this morning at 8.42am 1 had a coffee and a breakfast sandwich the other one had a iced cap and 2 bagel with butter.and online order came in as well coffee and a muffin . My order been taken at 8.58 was a iced coffee. I work few mins from this place but prob last time I came here.and the service is just bla...the girl face is like it's a torture to work there.grumpy slow staff
