What DMD doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I have been to this location several times. I know it's hard to find staff. However, the last year; the premises have been digustingly filthy. With covid/flu season, can you not clean the tables properly? The staff are standing around talking. The floor was gross, washrooms. I will need to find another location. Good coffee, a bit cramped because this place is very busy if you want to meet up with friends. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in, but then it becomes difficult to navigate through to get to the counter and even more difficult finding a table. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

I visit this location every day. Every morning before work. I get the same order every day. Steeped tea with 3 milk and 2 sugar. For the last 3 days in a row, I have been given a medium coffee with 2 milk 2 sugar, a large steeped tea with 2 sugar 1 milk and today a small steeped tea with 3 milk and 2 sweetener/stevia. Tim Hortons used to be a Canadian staple hence why I go every morning as it’s been routine my entire life but for the amount Im paying now for what I’ve received, I’m considering just cutting it out completely. Tim’s is not the same unfortunately and it saddens me.
Not the best, and not the worst either. Lots of people have mentioned a high staff turnover rate but no more than your average coffee shop. There are plenty of employees who have been there for years. Also, the other reviewers talking about a drive-thru are mistaken. There is not one at this location. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
Have sadly used this location a lot in the past few years, unfortunately it's the closest to me and others are more out of the way. I've been given many wrong orders before such as today. I asked for sauce on my bagel and that never made it onto the sandwich. I've tried talking a lot slower and making sure to only go 1 item at a time so no confusion is had. Unfortunately the staff either have a listening issue or just don't care about the customer experience. Management needs to do something. Either having a better interview process or being harder and firing the staff that constantly mess up. With having no drive thru and only 1 till opened it should not be as difficult as it is to find a few competent staff that can station each work area with higher accuracy. I don't expect anything to change but with that being said this location and the others with the same franchisee owner will not be getting my business anymore.
