The... read more I really wish I could support Shawarma Papi but... (just view other legit recent reviews! 4.7 rating? 1000 reviews? Hundred's alone in the past 6 months?!? The amount of Review's that seem unrealistic?? Food quality is super basic??! Various sauces covering the lack of chicken?? Which did not come from a Vertical Rotisserie in person on my visiting?? Not to mention... it is a little messy nside!!?? Sorry... I had to throw my meal out $14 later!!? Would love to see you guys succeed, thrive and have a devoted customer base!! The business has new owners, greeted immediatel... read more Was in the area, needed something quick, and noticed the reviews on this place so I had to come to check it out. The business has new owners, greeted immediately and very friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted but the owner suggested the Saj Wrap and I'm extremely happy with the suggestion, the food was amazing. Portions could've been slightly bigger for the price being paid and the restaurant itself needs a bit more love and care. But if you can get past that, definitely a place to check out and your taste buds won't be disappointed! The chicken was on a spit but instead of getting me fresh chicken cut off the spit, it was scooped up from a container. Overall, the wrap tasted good, but the chicken might not have been fresh, and they don’t load the wrap with a lot of toppings either. Along with the lettuce, onion, and chicken, I only got 3 pickles and 3 fries. No turnip, no tomatoes, no cucumbers either. However they are generous with the sauce which tasted great. I would have been more ok with the wrap if it was closer to $10, but for $15 I expected more. Walking in you can see the setting is very messy, dirty, and there seems to be no ventilation. The service by the employee was good. The concern is with how unclean the setting it and improper organization. The food portions are insanely small for the price and if you compare it to the other shawarma places which they pack your sandwich. It’s unfortunate I even came here to give my hard earned money. It was a total waste, I should have left right when I walked in. I would let it slide if the food portions were small and the restaurant was clean but it’s not. When I came back home I had to wash my clothes because of how awful I smelt from the restaurant. As well as for a place like this to be open in a good area such as Burlington, I would expect much better than this. Thank you for your comment. I looked at the photos of the other posts of your wrap and see in comparison how much chicken I got. You can see the spacing from how little was put. There’s more veggies than chicken.
