Dipndip Café - Buffalo

Hopefully the owner is rethinking about the latest decision taken destroying the whole famous dipndip menu and trying to be a wholesale market Update to reply to the replier: I am not surprised with your reply, i was urging the staff to transfer my comments to you once they said the owner took a decision to change the menu. I was visiting dipndip on weekly basis, hopefully you understand the reason of my comment which is indeed not to drop down the restaurant rating. Thank you for your professional reply and the way you are maintaining your loyal customers

Me and my family went to eat dessert but they did not have anything but waffle sticks, and they did not have most kinds of waffle sticks Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went there today and the lady standing at the counter addressing herself manager was very rude and unprofessional we were there at 10:50 and wanted to have our dessert dine in however after few minutes when we order she is like we cannot let you sit here as we were really busy and we cannot do anymore dishes this was her excuse, and let me be clear we are regular customers, we used to come regularly but now you are going to loose the business and owners should closely look into the customer service, while it’s currently worst.

This was one of my go to spots but sadly I don't think I will ever be going back. They have severely downsized the menu to brownies, waffles, pancakes, and only do takeout and catering. We settled for the platter but I wouldn't eat it again all of the baked goods were stale, the brownies were tasteless, the pancakes were weirdly salty. The chocolate fondue doesn't even taste as good anymore. We were very disappointed and would not recommend.
