The taste was different. we ordered a new bottle, which again tasted differently, especially in comparison to the previous bottle. eating was boring and had not tasted much. there was also a hair in the food. I can't recommend this place : .
We have happened in this restaurant while we walk through the Sunday antique fair. bands were excellent. meat fell from the bone and was very tasteful. the empenadas were very tasty. salate was fresh. the brot and the spiced cream at the beginning served a beautiful tasty egg.
The waiter was very rude. he insisted because he wanted us to order an expensive plate we didn't want. that he rolled his eyes when we asked if they have gluten-free bread: it's okay if they don't have it, but they can't...annoyed by a legittime request. we believe that this restaurant does not deserve to be in the lonely planet guide. a very bad experience.
The server was new, so the service was just okay. eating was good, but not great. the seats in the free made it a good place to try.
We have been recommended a visit to these place and it did not dissapoint. The facilities are quite large, given it 's and old landmark in San Telmo, with many seating areas (indoor and outdoor). We chose the patio (night was beautiful) Menu is simple, with...some pasta and meat dishes, typical empanadas, some salads. It recreates a pulpería in the old post-colonnial style: a shop where you could get pretty much anything from food to tools. The decor is interesting, with many vintage and old things laying around the restaurant. And the prices are super affordable!
