He estado varias veces y siempre he comido bien y con precios muy razonable. Buena calidad de las comidas que siempre han sido minutas, en mi caso. Siempre he almorzado. View all feedback.
7/1/19 We were three British middle-aged for a few days in BA, extended by a tooth emergency. We were close to this restaurant at Hotel Parada and decided to have lunch before a trip to La Boca. One of us saw this place when he went to the dental faculty this morning. We arrived at 13:20am and used the menu options including lunches. A cheerful waiter appeared to take us to the big restaurant with about six more diners. We found a table from the big A/C unit that cooled my friend's neck at the original table choice. The music was a mixture of strange Argentinean surroundings, modern rap, ska and MOR. The menus were provided and I checked the offers offered. On this day there were a number of three discounted dishes between 160 and 180 that for 110 ampliado more they contain the service, a glass of wine and a desert. Two of us chose the menu deal and one of us with the bad tooth chose a la carte to avoid the undoubtedly sweet pudding. Our elections were: Ravioles de verdura y mozzarella con tomate y albahaca fresca 160 ; Revuelto Gramajo con crujientes papas pay 160 ; and Filet de Merluza al Roguefort con papa al natural 225 . My friend wanted a beer and looked at the menu. The waiter went to the fridge and showed him a great patagonia that my friend had agreed, although it wasn't on the menu and I knew it would be expensive as it was a well-known and distributed "vehicle" beer. Others came so that the atmosphere improved as the music that some young people left so that they obviously adapt. A basket of dry garlic bread and rolls came with a delicious slightly spicy, oily and cubed eggplant 'Dip '. The wine glasses came quickly after the beer. They were both very acceptable, although we do not know their pedigree. We are happy with Viejo Vasca Old Basque white as the cheapest anyway. Very fast the actual dishes came. My friend really enjoyed it in the creamy sauce, although it was not strongly flavored with Roquefort. The Revuelto is apparently almost a national dish, it was a fried mix of chips, cheese, ham and egg. When our friend was a stricter veggie, he managed to make his way through a third of it before being filled with my completely veggie green ravioli filled with veg. I found this rather tasty, but he found it dirty and lacked in salt I never add. We swapped back after I had eaten the ham from his original reconverts. The restaurant was still quite quiet when we approached, and the head had no doubt that the waiter had a 'relaxed' service at the border in the slow. Maybe he wanted to keep us in there as long as possible to win more diners? When we finished our plates with the bread, he removed them and commented that, as we were completely finished, we were back! Good enough, but another line Diner obviously leave a local repeater half of his Revuelto, which shocking for me as the son of a refugee mother who almost starved in her flight and impressed a hatred of any waste on her children. The waiter was so relaxed that we thought he might have forgotten about our deserts, so I had to remember him. He offered flan, rice pudding or fruit salad. I ordered the Rp, my friend of the Flan. They needed a while to come, but when they had dipped my RP a crispy caramelized sugar, quite delicious but sweet. My friend liked his flan that was a single upturned tub version and completely homemade. We ordered another glass of wine 65 to wash the sweetness of the bottle, finished this together with the beer and ordered the bill. The bill came around 1100 and was correct although the 740cc Patagonia beer was 230, that was 5 more than the fish bowl! Beer is as expensive as wine and food, so we will stick to wine in the future! We felt it a little if an overload and the use of our tourist status, he would fortunately have had a 1l standard quiz at 175 or even a stout quiz at 195. While I used there to upload the menu pics to TA that have already been published. The total bill was 1100 and we left only a 50 tip, as we were a little pinched on the expensive beer. We left quite tired and went to an afternoon in the tourist area of La Boca.
I was there for dinner, it was good, not the best place, but if you go with friends, you can enjoy it.
