A typical after night out resto that can offers comfort food for a decent price. Portions are big and tasty, and you can easily take more than one shawarma but that would be pure gluttony. A typical night rest that offers comfort for a decent price. Portions are big and tasty, and you can easily be more than a shawarm, but that would be pure gluttony. The service his arms from the cashier and some of the guys, but the food is great and quickly comes out of the kitchen. It is often overcrowded, so also patient. Good prices and good frits. Not a gourmet experience or the best Shawarma from Baires, but rather quite decent..
Buenos Aires is not known for its ethnic cuisine, so this must be taken into account for each review. This place is OK for an average Shawarma.... Be open, manage expectations and you will be fine.
We decided to stop at this little place in Soho. We seemed to have interrupted the manager's smoking break but got our job. The woman who made our sandwiches was in terrible mood. She also noticed 't wash her hands after her break, but that was after our sandwiches...! We had many shawarms and while delicious sandwiches, these did not come close to the real thing. The fries were soggy because they've been sitting there for a while. I wanted to wash my hands after the meal and found a dirty bath. I do not recommend this place at all, no matter how much you need a Shawarma!
I found Sinior Shawarma when I was lost on Honduras trying to find Plaza Serrano. GREAT find! It's almost like a roadside staff. It's small with a limited number of seating places, so obviously intended mainly for eating on the run. But the shawarmas are DELICIOUS! They're fresh and topped with fresh ingredients. And there are so many condiments to top them with that you MUST order two. And you can because it's so cost friendly! And there's beer. Mainly Quilmes. But it's OK, because you MUST have a beer to go with your Shawarma. And of course, you order, you pay, you eat no waiting time. Just perfect when you need a fix, but still want something tasty. Recommended.
