The service was slow, but decent. The food was good. The place was basically packed. The prices were fantastic for a Hard Rock Cafe. They only brought me 3 cubes of ice when I asked for a glass of ice. Other than that, zero complaints.
At the Hard Rock Café in Aeroparque Buenos Aires we were asked by a waitress to move to another table. Since we had the food at the table where we were just and had already moved, we decided to stay. The waitress was noticeably annoyed and began to make back comments to us while she stormed before. After that it was a nightmare to get napkins, water, dessert and coffee. I do not recommend the experience.
Unless you have a certain reason to be there, don't go. It is so expensive, and the quality is the same as you get anywhere else, which is best moderate. My interpretation is that as a global chain they cannot change prices much, which makes this ridiculously high price for food, drink and merchandise. And mediocre American food is not worth it, especially if you travel imo
The food is good for what you expect in a Hard Rock Cafe, and a big bonus that our waiter Ignacio was super nice for us, and the service was efficient!
While waiting for a connecting flight we decided to have a late lunch here. Genuinely friendly staff and great service. My chicken caesar salad was really nice, and they know how to make a decent Long Island iced tea. My partner's meal was equally tasty. Prices were reasonable for an airport. Very happy with our visit!
