Fabric Nikkei & Sushi Bar

We literally chose this restaurant because it had air conditioning. Afterward, we should have eaten somewhere else. Menus had no prices. We ordered sushi after a long waiting period until the staff returned to an empty restaurant, just to say that sushi was not available. At this time we could literally see how employees make sushi in the kitchen. I ordered ramen. The noodles were cooked over and without taste. My friend ordered the pork cure that was served cold (as it just came from a refrigerator), rusty and tasted like a MRE curry mixed with a package of tuna. To supplement insult, the meal costs more than a superior Japanese meal in Australia. Would definitely not recommend.

The waiters do not remember what you ordered, they come to your table to ask what it was. Even they don't care to bring you the food. I had to wait for my food after 40 minutes. When it finally came, the fish in the sushi were already bad.

The food was cold. The service was included in the bill, but it was slow and the waitress brought only two dishes from three we had ordered three people at the table). I can't recommend

Good service, pleasant environment and really great ceviche. But what they serve as sushi is certainly not even near the real thing We ordered the sushi man 's selection of 10 pieces sushi (and thought his always best to get the chefs preference of the best fish of the day) and to our shame it was just a California roll and a salmon/cream cheese roll cut in 10 pieces!!!! And when we tasted them, they were strangely sweet (like rice pudding). Later on the menu we noticed that the only fish they had on the menu was salmon, octopus, shrimps and white fish, I think they created a sushi-looking kitchen that they feel at the Argentine taste (not spicy or unusual). Do not expect to find tradition sushi like unagi, ikura, hamachi, uni, mackerel etc., that is more a place you would take a child, because they try sushi for the first time. Go for the ceviche and a drink, but don't expect to get real sushi.

Really enjoy the culinary experience at this restaurant !! Blowed my mind away …would come Back … well I did went. To the one in puerto Madero. They did had glitches with the hot sake and they were so busy our food got mixed up but despite all of this the food was Amazing !!
